About Us:

Auswide Automotive Solutions is a newly established business built on honest service, quality workmanship and genuine care for our customers. We’re here to make car repairs simple, reliable and hassle free. While we're a new name in the industry, we plan to bring solid experience and a commitment to doing the job right the first time.

The Role:

You’ll be responsible for diagnosing and repairing a wide range of vehicles. This is a hands on role in a growing workshop, ideal for someone who’s confident working independently and can contribute to a small but dedicated team. We’re looking for someone who takes ownership of their work and can maintain high standards while keeping things running smoothly day to day.

Your Responsibilities

- Carry out suspension and diagnostic repairs related to collision damage across a range of vehicle makes and models

- Perform routine maintenance, safety checks and inspections

- Identify faults and recommend suitable repairs

- Maintain a clean and safe workspace

- Assist with workshop operations and customer queries as needed

Requirements:

- Previous experience as a mechanic or mechanical repairer (Minimum 5 years)

- Relevant trade qualification (preferred but not essential)

- Sound knowledge of vehicle systems and diagnostics

- Ability to work independently and manage jobs efficiently

- Strong attention to detail and problem solving skills

- Good communication and time management

- Must hold a current driver’s licence

- Own tools (preferred)
