BARISTA / FOH ALL-ROUNDER - Casual - Two full weekdays - 15hrs weekly with the possibility of increase in hours - Decisions Café – Birtinya, QLD - IMMEDIATE START

Decisions Café in Birtinya is looking for an experienced, friendly and reliable Barista/All-Rounder to join our amazing team! Ideally for Tuesday and Wednesday but we are flexible. (15 hours of work p/ week with the possibility of increase in hours).

If you’re passionate about coffee, love working in a fast-paced environment, are a team player, and enjoy connecting with customers, we’d love to meet you.

Please note: This position is only open to candidates who have full working rights in Australia on a permanent or long-term basis. Unfortunately, Working Holiday Visa holders are not eligible to apply.

Requirements:

Barista experience essential. At least 2 years of experience in a fast-paced dine in café. You should be confident with dealing in, adjusting the grinder, texturing milk, pouring beautiful latte art, and producing high-quality coffee quickly and consistently under pressure

Strong customer service and communication skills

Ability to work efficiently and support the team on the floor and counter

Positive attitude and team-focused mindset
