Please note- the successful candidate will need to have availability to attend training at our Taren Point branch for five consecutive working days (travel reimbursed)

Your Role

As part of our team, you will:

Greet and assist customers in person and via phone

Prepare precise quotes and estimates

Coordinate prompt, reliable deliveries

Oversee and track special-order requests

About You

We’re looking for enthusiastic, adaptable individuals who:

Bring a positive, can-do attitude and are keen to learn

Communicate clearly and courteously over the phone

Put customers first and strive for service excellence

Are highly organised and able to juggle multiple tasks

Solve problems independently and build rapport quickly

Are comfortable with Microsoft Office (Pronto experience advantageous)
