What We’re Looking For

• Technical Expertise: A trade certificate in motor mechanics and hands-on experience with small engines, motor vehicles, or small plant equipment.
• Safe Driving Skills: A manual driver’s license with a proven record of safe driving.
• Adaptability: Diverse experience in mechanical systems or a strong willingness to expand your capabilities.
• Autonomy & Accountability: The ability to work independently, manage tasks efficiently, and meet deadlines.
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to ensure smooth collaboration and understanding.
• Multi-Tasking Ability: The capacity to juggle multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Physical Fitness: A level of fitness suitable for the demands of the role.
