Duties
Provide client-centred occupational therapy services in community settings.
Collaborate with families, carers, and other professionals to support holistic outcomes.
Conduct assessments, write reports aligned with NDIS standards, and deliver training to support teams.
Shape your caseload and contribute to service innovation and quality improvement.
Participate in regular team meetings, supervision, and reflective practice.
Skills and Prerequisites
Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy and current AHPRA registration.
Passion for trauma-informed, neuroaffirming, and person-centred care.
Strong assessment, communication, and collaboration skills.
Proficient writing skills and willingness to complete formal reporting.
Ability to work independently and within a supportive team.
Commitment to ethical practice and ongoing learning.
Valid driver’s licence and access to a vehicle during work hours.
Current Working With Children Check.
Salary Package
Base Salary: $80,000-$100,000 (pro rata for part-time), based on experience.
Bonuses: Quarterly bonuses for contributions beyond billables.
Leave: 4 weeks annual leave + birthday leave + CPD leave + paid parental leave + Christmas to New Year standdown.
CPD Support: $2,000 annual budget + 2 paid CPD leave days.
Extras: Travel reimbursement, professional AI subscription, office parking stipend, tech and therapy resources, professional indemnity insurance.
