Join a High-Performing Maintenance Team in WA’s Mining Sector

We are a vertically integrated mining and civil contractor with multiple operational iron ore sites across Western Australia. At our Wiluna mining workshop, we are expanding our trades team and now requires 3 HD Electricians to support the maintenance of their large mobile plant fleet.

About the Role:

You’ll be responsible for carrying out electrical diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs across a fleet of heavy equipment, including:

CAT 777 Dump Trucks

CAT D10/D11 Dozers

CAT 980M Loaders

Komatsu PC1250 Excavators

Ancillary support equipment

Your duties will include:

Diagnosing and repairing HV electrical faults on mobile plant equipment

Performing scheduled maintenance and electrical inspections

Maintaining compliance with OEM specifications and mine safety regulations

Working closely with workshop and field service teams to reduce downtime

Completing job cards, pre-starts, and safety documentation accurately

What We’re Looking For:

WA Electrical Licence – Essential

HV Switching Ticket – Highly desirable

Experience working on mining mobile plant electrical systems

Knowledge of OEM systems (CAT, Komatsu, Hitachi, etc.)

C Class driver’s licence

Ability to pass pre-employment medical and DAS

Available for FIFO mobilisation from Perth
