About the Role
Brock Building Systems is looking for a reliable and hardworking Frame and Truss Fabricator to join our team in Mornington. You’ll be part of a crew responsible for assembling high-quality timber wall frames and roof trusses for residential and commercial builds.

This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail, teamwork, and a strong work ethic are essential.

Key Responsibilities

Read and interpret plans for frame and truss assembly

Accurately cut, assemble and nail timber components

Operate basic hand and power tools safely

Assist with loading and packing of completed jobs

Maintain a clean and safe working environment

Contribute to general yard and warehouse duties as needed

Preferred Skills & Experience (not essential but highly regarded)

Previous experience in frame and truss manufacturing or timber assembly

Basic understanding of timber types and construction plans

Forklift licence

Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions

Physically fit and reliable
