This GM Finance role reports into a highly experienced CFO and is to be a key contributor to the ongoing success of the organisation.

You will manage the finance team, oversee effective delivery of all accounting & treasury activities, internal controls & compliance and provide strategic and commercial support to the business.

You'll deliver budgeting, forecasting, board reporting and strategic planning for the group. You'll provide insights & decision support to the Ex-Co to aid critical business decisions. And you'll work closely with the investments team in identifying & executing on strategic investment and growth opportunities.

Finally you'll lead technology-related initiatives with a view to delivering ongoing continuous improvement, in areas such as BI and data analytics.

You're a CA or CPA qualified senior finance professional, ideally with Big 4 (or mid-tier) training and with prior experience in a senior management role.

Crucially you'll have depth of experience across both financial control and commercial finance/FP&A, as well as proficiency in project management and effective utilisation of technology. Prior experience in a sizeable, multi-division private group would be held in high regard.
