Duties and responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers across a variety of private sector clients. You’ll play a vital role in providing outstanding support, solving problems, and delivering a seamless customer experience.

Your responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

• Responding to enquiries via phone, email, or live chat with professionalism and empathy
• Managing service requests and resolving issues promptly
• Maintaining accurate customer records and data entry in CRM systems
• Providing information on products, services, orders, or accounts
• Supporting internal teams with admin and follow-up tasks
• Escalating complex issues while maintaining customer satisfaction

To excel in this role, you’ll be:

• Customer-focused with strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Confident handling high volumes of enquiries efficiently and calmly
• Detail-oriented and able to follow processes accurately
• Tech-savvy and confident using Microsoft Office and CRM platforms
• Proactive and adaptable in a dynamic work environment
• A team player who can also work independently

While formal qualifications are not essential, a Certificate III in Customer Engagement or similar is highly regarded.
