🧭 About the Role:

As a Travel Consultant, you'll play a vital role in the coordination and delivery of group travel experiences. Your responsibilities will include:

• Designing and quoting group itineraries across Australia
• Coordinating with suppliers such as hotels, transport companies, and airlines
• Assisting groups during travel, resolving issues as they arise
• Managing bookings, invoicing, and financial documentation
• Providing exceptional service and communication throughout the client journey

🙋 What We're Looking For:

• Customer service focused with a genuine interest in people and travel
• Previous experience in Travel, ideally inbound travel (not essential if you're eager to learn!)
• Excellent communication and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and juggle competing priorities
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive, flexible attitude
• Solid Australian destination knowledge
• Strong computer skills - Excel, Outlook, and Word, Tourplan knowledge (a bonus, not a must)
• Fluency in German and/or Spanish highly regarded
