You will be based in our Sydney CBD office. Once you’ve demonstrated success in the role, hybrid or remote work options will be considered.

We’re also open to partnering with MTA travel agents under the FirstClass brand. This arrangement gives you access to our premium systems, marketing resources, loyal client base, and ongoing support—all designed to help you succeed.

Your Role

Convert phone and email enquiries into high-value sales

Craft International First & Business Class itineraries that maximise value for clients

Book luxury hotels, tours, and cruises to enhance the travel experience

Consistently exceed individual and team KPIs, driving outstanding results

Provide an exceptional customer experience by following our proven operational framework

Thrive both independently and collaboratively within a high-performing team

The Ideal Candidates for Senior Travel Consultants

Experience: Minimum 2 years in international travel consulting

Expertise: Strong airfare and GDS knowledge (Amadeus preferred) (for airfare specialists)

Communication: Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills

Sales Performance: Proven track record of exceeding targets and KPIs

Customer Focus: Passion for delivering world-class service

Efficiency: Strong time management and prioritisation skills

Attention to Detail: Precision and accuracy in all aspects of work

Problem-Solving: Ability to think on your feet and perform under pressure

Team Spirit: A positive, results-driven mindset with a collaborative approach
