Production & Civil Allrounder & Excavator Operators Needed - $$$ Incentives

HSS is seeking experienced Production & Civil Operators to join established mining teams in the Goldfields, Murchison and Pilbara regions.

These are not short-term gigs – our clients are offering genuine pathways to permanent roles, with a strong focus on upskilling and developing their people.

CASH INCENTIVES ARE AVAILABLE FOR EXPERIENCED PRODUCTION MINING OPERATORS

If you get accepted in a role you will receive a $500 bonus ... when you sign over with the client you will recieve an additional $500 bonus!

Highly Competitive Pay Rates

Allround Operators (Civil and Production Mining) – $60 to $65 per hour
(Must have proven experience in at least 3 of the following: Excavator, Dozer, Grader, Loader, Water Cart)

Excavator Operators – (Production Mining) - $65 to $68 per hour
(Must have experience operating diggers such as EX1200 or similar)

Roster & Site Details

2:1 FIFO roster

Day & night shifts

FIFO ex-Perth only

Long-term, stable contracts for the right candidates

To be successful, you must have:

Minimum 12 months’ experience in a production mining environment

Gold or lithium experience highly regarded

Valid National Police Clearance

Current Driver’s Licence (HR License essential for Civil Operators)

Ability to pass a Pre-Employment Medical & Drug & Alcohol Screen

FIFO available from Perth only – interstate applicants must arrange their own travel to/from Perth
