Following the recent opening of our new store in The Rocks, we’re looking for confident and motivated Sales Associates to join our team. If you’re passionate about premium retail and delivering great customer service, we’d love to hear from you.

About the Role
As a Sales Associate, you’ll represent BONZ and help bring our brand to life in-store. You’ll support customers, drive sales, and make sure the store looks and feels world-class.

This is a full-time role and will suit someone who enjoys building strong customer relationships and working in a small, supportive team.

Key Responsibilities

Meet and exceed sales targets through excellent customer service

Develop product knowledge and confidently communicate the BONZ story

Create a welcoming and thoughtful customer experience

Keep the store clean, well-organised, and visually aligned with the BONZ brand

Use the POS and other systems to manage transactions and follow-ups

What We’re Looking For

Experience in retail or customer service (luxury or boutique experience is a bonus)

Friendly, professional, and confident with customers

A self-starter who enjoys achieving goals

Good communication and computer skills

Mandarin language skills would be a strong advantage, but not essential
