About the role

Join a small, close-knit team that values hard work, reliability, and a good laugh. You’ll be hands-on with a wide range of work including diagnostics, repairs, servicing, upgrades, and breakdowns across Prime Movers, Trailers, HD Equipment, Machinery & LV’s – both in the workshop and out in the field, playing a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our clients' fleets.

What you'll be doing

Performing scheduled maintenance and inspections on heavy vehicles and equipment

Diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues

Troubleshooting complex problems and implementing effective solutions

Ensuring all work is completed to the highest standard and in compliance with industry regulations

Maintaining detailed records and documentation of all work undertaken

Collaborating with the wider team to provide exceptional customer service

What we're looking for

Relevant trade qualification in Automotive Electrical Technology

Extensive experience in the transport industry as an Auto Electrician

Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills

Strong technical knowledge of heavy vehicle systems and components

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Current unrestricted C class (or above) driver's licence and the ability to operate heavy vehicles

National Police Clearance (within 12 months)

Ability to pass pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screen

Motor Vehicle Repairer's Certificate
