Leading Hand Heavy Diesel Plant Mechanics

Key Benefits:

Competitive salaries ranging from $163,000 to $225,000 annually, plus superannuation paid on all hours worked.

FIFO rosters with direct flights from Perth and Jandakot, with some DIDO options.

On-site accommodation and meals provided.

Role Responsibilities:

Perform maintenance and repairs on heavy earthmoving equipment, including brands like Caterpillar, Komatsu, and Hitachi.

Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues.

Ensure compliance with safety and operational procedures.

Collaborate with team members to achieve maintenance targets.

For Leading Hand roles: supervise and mentor team members, coordinate maintenance activities, and liaise with stakeholders.

Qualifications and Experience:

Relevant trade qualifications (e.g., Automotive Electrical Trade Certificate, Heavy Diesel Mechanic/Fitter).

Minimum of 3 years' post-trade experience in open and underground mining environments.

Current Australian driver's license (HR desirable)

High-risk work license

Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.

Leadership experience for Leading Hand positions.
