As the Future Student Service and Conversion Officer, you will be a key contact point for prospective students considering study at UOW Liverpool. You'll support recruitment and conversion efforts by delivering high-quality advice and guidance through consultations, campus tours, outbound campaigns and events. Your expertise in customer service and knowledge of UOW Liverpool offerings will be critical in helping students make informed decisions about their study options.
This is a people-focused role where relationship-building, communication, and initiative are key to success. You will also collaborate with internal teams to ensure future students receive timely, accurate and engaging support throughout their journey to enrolment.
