ABOUT THE ROLE
The Senior Business Partner Executive and Ministerial Services manages and coordinates the development and completion of a range of Government briefing notes, correspondence, papers and initiatives, to contribute to the delivery of the Agency’s external relations function that supports the Executive Leadership Team.

ABOUT YOU
We are looking for candidates with the below experience and capabilities:
- Experienced in managing ministerial and parliamentary requests, ensuring timely, high-quality and accurate responses that align with organisational priorities and uphold public accountability.
- Effectively and professionally liaise with key stakeholders, internal and external, to ensure the delivery of high-quality briefings and correspondence with adherence to strict timeframes.
- Ability to triage and prioritise multiple urgent pieces of work through effective work management systems.
- Communicate effectively with a small team of immediate colleagues and with all key stakeholders in a way that ensures the standards of the Executive and Ministerial unit are maintained.

The average number of ambulance responses increased by 3.3 per cent over the past year. Factors contributing to increased activity include population growth, an ageing population and the associated increase in rates of illness.
In 2013/14 we provided 1,234,843 total responses (both emergency and non-emergency) compared to 1,219,262 total responses in 2012/13. There were on average 3383 responses per day - this is equivalent to a response every 26 seconds.
