Your Role:

We're looking for enthusiastic, client-focused support workers to join our expanding team. You'll work closely with our clients to help them achieve their NDIS goals.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting with daily activities and personal care
• Supporting life skills development
• Helping with household tasks
• Encouraging community engagement and social activities
• Providing emotional support and companionship

This role includes sleepover shifts as part of our rotating 24/7 roster. You must be willing to do sleepover shifts. Flexibility and a commitment to our clients are key!

About You:

Experience in the industry is a plus, but what really matters is your passion for improving lives.

We're looking for individuals who:

• Are accountable and maintain confidentiality
• Have a positive, can-do attitude
• Love providing person-centered and active support
• Hold a current first aid certificate (including CPR) or willingness to obtain one
• Have a Working with Children’s Check (Blue Card) or willingness to obtain one
• Hold an NDIS Screening Card or willingness to obtain one
• Have a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle with comprehensive insurance
• Are up to date with COVID-19 vaccinations
• Can pass a National Police Check
• Are authorised to work in Australia

Bonus Points:

Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability) or willingness to obtain one
