New Graduate Program

We welcome early-career Speech Pathologists and offer a structured program to support your transition into the profession:

Dedicated shadowing period and 1:1 mentoring

Access to internal PD and external PD allowance

Regular supervision with senior clinicians

Work closely alongside a Lead and Senior Speech Pathologist

Individualised development plan tailored to your learning needs

Your responsibilities

Provide assessment and intervention for NDIS participants across the lifespan

Deliver therapy in key areas such as speech, language, AAC, feeding, fluency, and social communication

Collaborate with families, educators, and a multidisciplinary team

Maintain clinical documentation to SPA and NDIS standards

Contribute to team learning, service improvement, and best-practice care

About you

Tertiary qualifications in Speech Pathology with SPA membership (or eligible)

Driver’s licence and relevant clearances (WWCC, NDIS screening, Police Check)

Passion for person-centred, inclusive service delivery

Excellent communication, collaboration, and clinical reasoning skills

Open to both experienced clinicians and recent graduates
