As they continue to grow and secure high-profile works, they’re seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor who’s ready to take the next step and thrive in a dynamic, high-performance team.

The Opportunity:
You’ll be joining a well-established business with a strong reputation in the Tier 1 space, taking ownership of major commercial structural packages. This is a hands-on role where your experience will be valued, and your input will directly impact project outcomes.

What We’re Looking For:

• 8+ years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor, ideally within civil construction (open to strong candidates from other sectors).
• Must have experience working with a main contractor—understanding full project delivery, contract negotiation, and commercial strategy.
• Proven ability to manage multiple scopes, subcontracts, cost forecasting, and monthly reporting.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work across project teams, clients, and Tier 1 builders.
