About the Role:

Join Canberra Health Services' dedicated Palliative Care team, where you'll play a vital role in supporting patients and families navigating complex and life-limiting illnesses. As a Palliative Care Nurse (RN Level 2), you'll be a trusted clinical leader and compassionate guide-delivering expert care, providing emotional support, and helping others have the conversations that matter. Reporting to the Clinical Nurse Consultant, you'll work across the hospital campus, supporting staff, educating colleagues, and ensuring every patient receives thoughtful, person-centred care at a critical time in their journey.
