As part of our dynamic Drawing Services team, you'll be at the heart of documentation excellence. You'll lead the coordination of requests, manage drawing workflows, and serve as the go-to expert for technical document control, using the ProjectWise platform to drive accuracy and compliance.

What You’ll Be Doing
Champion end-to-end document workflows via ProjectWise, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Maintain data integrity across all documentation stages.
Build trusted relationships across teams, vendors, and stakeholders.
Facilitate clear training sessions and confidently guide users through established workflows.
Engage with regional communities, asset managers, PSOs, and panel vendors.
Conduct documentation reviews and oversee workflow quality.
Implement change control processes with diligence and detail
What You’ll Bring
In-depth knowledge of technical drawing processes and standards.
Strong background in document control within industries such as utilities, energy, mining, or construction.
A knack for process improvement and embedding best-practice governance.
Excellent time management and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
Experience supporting cross-functional engineering and design teams.
Proficiency in drawing/document systems—ProjectWise experience is essential.
Familiarity with OpenText Content Suite 16 is an added bonus.
