Kato Designs is on the lookout for a motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse and Customer Service Employee to join our growing team in Burleigh Heads. 🔧 Key Responsibilities:

Picking and packing customer orders accurately

Dispatching goods with correct labels and documentation

Managing freight bookings and consignment processing

Invoicing customers through MYOB

Receiving, filling, and storing incoming stock

Sorting and loading goods for delivery or shipment

Maintaining a clean and organized warehouse space

Handling customer service inquiries by phone and email

Consolidating customer orders and providing timely follow-ups

✅ Required Skills & Qualifications:

Experience with MYOB for invoicing and order management

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)

Solid basic computer skills

Strong professional email communication skills

High attention to detail and strong organizational skills

A proactive attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
