  • Developing and maintaining comprehensive physiotherapy care plans that reflect assessment findings, treatment goals, and progress, ensuring alignment with best practice and aged care standards.
  • Participating in case conferences and multidisciplinary reviews to ensure holistic, resident-centred care.
  • Leading and supporting manual handling programs, including training staff in safe and effective techniques, and modelling best practice in daily operations.
  • Maintaining physiotherapy equipment to ensure safety, functionality, and compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Staying current with aged care physiotherapy trends, participating in ongoing professional development, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives within the service.
  • Promoting a culture of safety, quality, and innovation, aligned with Churches of Christ’s mission and values.
  • This is a rewarding opportunity to make a tangible difference in the lives of older people, while enjoying the flexibility and support of a well-established, values-driven organisation.
