We are seeking a highly organised and commercially minded Fleet Sales Executive to join our dynamic Fleet & Corporate team. This role is responsible for managing inbound quote requests, preparing competitive tenders, coordinating vehicle ordering and delivery, and ensuring seamless communication across internal departments.

You will play a key role in maintaining our strong reputation with fleet customers and contributing to volume and profit targets through accurate quoting and timely delivery execution.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor and respond to fleet quote requests via designated portals and platforms.

Prepare and submit quotes in line with internal profit guidelines and OEM fleet programs.

Generate customer order contracts and obtain necessary approvals/documentation.

Liaise with the stock controller to secure appropriate vehicles based on quote and order requirements.

Coordinate vehicle preparation with the registration clerk, delivery coordinator, and pre-delivery centre to ensure timely handovers.

Prepare and submit documentation for fleet tenders, including compliance with all mandatory requirements.

Update internal systems (e.g., Sales Logs, Pentana) with quote status, order progress, and delivery timelines.

Maintain accurate records of customer communications, quotes, and transactions.

Support the Fleet Manager with reporting, relationship management, and sales growth initiatives as required.

Key Skills & Experience

Previous experience in automotive fleet or retail vehicle sales preferred.

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes.

Commercial acumen to balance competitive pricing with profit margins.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple requests and prioritise work in a fast-paced environment.

Confident working independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and experience with dealer management systems such as Pentana desirable.
