Experienced RN Practice Nurse for our well established family GP clinic alongside 5 doctors at Auchenflower in Brisbane's inner west. You'll provide varied support to the clinic's healthcare providers and patients in a dynamic and rewarding career position.

You will have the experience and confidence to perform all aspects of relevant RN tasks in a GP practice, including (but not limited to) ... patient triage, NIP and private vaccinations, ECGs, Spirometry, wound care, iron infusions, sterilisation of instruments, advising patients of blood test results, developing patient care plans, managing the clinic's medical stores and assisting doctors with procedures.

In extremely busy times (not too often) you may also need to assist the reception team.

A knowledge of Best Practice software is an advantage.

As the practice RN you will need good communication skills, a professional demeanour, organisational skills and a team-based attitude.
