About the role

Permanent full time or part time opportunity to work collaboratively with the manager of Operations Manager Acute and Access Services Metro North Mental Health – The Prince Charles Hospital (MNMH -TPCH) to ensure excellence in mental health service delivery of access and crisis services at MNMH-TPCH, including Acute Care and Team, Crisis Stabilisation Facility, Co-Responders, Rapid Responders, Safe Space, Nundah House, Consultation Liaison teams.

About you

Our ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health's values:

  • Ensure patients and other staff are treated fairly and with mutual respect and understanding, regardless of cultural, religious, ethnic and linguistic backgrounds.
  • This full-time position works routine hours per fortnight corresponding with the operational requirements of the clinical teams and service at MNMH-TPCH.
  • Be compliant with the timely and accurate input and collection of consumer related demographic information, diagnosis, outcome collections and provision of service activity into appropriate applications. The data and information include the electronic entry and completion of documentation to meet legislative requirements, including Mental Health Act 2016 documentation, admissions, discharges and transfers.
