This is a delivery-first role, where success is measured by outcomes, not process perfection. We’re after someone who can confidently lead integration, custom build, and commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) implementation projects — particularly those involving ERP and CRM systems — and connect them with internal platforms in ways that make business sense. You’ll need to be able to roll with the punches, think creatively, and know when to follow the playbook and when to throw it out.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Lead integration and implementation projects (ERP, CRM, COTS, custom builds) from end to end
• Navigate and manage complex stakeholder groups across both business and technical teams
• Develop and drive project plans, prioritise delivery, and solve problems creatively
• Adapt and apply project management methodologies as needed — Waterfall, Agile, or somewhere in between
• Work on projects that impact both office and blue-collar field environments
• Drive accountability across teams and ensure projects deliver real business value

What You’ll Bring:

• 7+ years’ experience delivering complex, multi-faceted projects
• Proven experience with system integration, custom build, and COTS implementations
• Experience working with CRM and ERP systems, connecting and integrating platforms — not as a specialist, but as a generalist with breadth
• A delivery mindset — someone who knows what needs to be done and gets on with it
• Practical understanding of change management and stakeholder communication
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills; you’ve handled curveballs and kept projects moving
• Industry experience across multiple sectors — ideally with some exposure to blue-collar environments
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage expectations and build trust across teams
