NOTE: Casual Role initially, with a view to full-time in the near future.

Key Responsibilities:

Picking and packing internal and external orders, including palletising and dispatch.

Completing purchasing from suppliers,

Receipt of stock and warehousing as applicable.

Performing yard duties, including but not limited to stacking, lifting, forklift operation, and moving vehicles trailers, plant and machines.

Maintaining yard housekeeping, including cleaning plant, equipment, vehicles, storerooms, and workshops.

Undertaking manual handling and general labouring tasks.

Completing local freight pick-ups and deliveries as required.

Essential Skills and Experience:

Current HR-B (or greater) Driver's Licence

Current High-Risk Forklift Licence

Strong mechanical aptitude

Well-developed written and verbal communication skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

Excellent time management and prioritisation skills, with the ability to manage unplanned tasks while maintaining focus on scheduled work

Ability to follow strict processes while also adapting to ad-hoc tasks and using initiative when required

Desirable Skills and Experience:

Mechanical experience or knowledge

Current First Aid Certificate

Additional Requirements:

Applicants must be willing to provide a National Police Clearance (issued within the last six months).

Candidates will be required to undertake and pass a pre-employment medical, functional fitness assessment, and drug and alcohol screening

Due to start and finish times and site location, candidates should not assume public transport availability for commuting to and from work.

Position Details:

Employment Type: Casual, with the potential for full-time employment as the business grows

Hours: Monday to Friday, casual up to 38 hours per week (indicatively 830am - 5pm)

Location: On-site in Wangara, WA

Work from Home: Not available due to the nature of the role
