The Role

You’ll take ownership of a mixed caseload involving commercial law and family law matters, with scope to deepen relationships with clients and influence the future direction of the firm.
Key responsibilities:

• Manage business and property sales/purchases, leases, and contracts
• Oversee family law files across property settlements and parenting matters
• Liaise with clients, counsel, and third parties confidently and professionally
• Take on a visible and active role within the firm’s ongoing practice development
• Opportunity to build leadership capability with a view to future buy-in

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years PAE in both Commercial Law and Family Law
• Confident with transactional matters and court appearances
• Ability to work autonomously while fostering client loyalty
• Long-term commitment to practice development and regional practice life
• A commercial mindset and openness to potential future equity
