We are a boutique law firm based in Parramatta, seeking a solicitor (with at least 1 year Post Admission Experience) or an experienced Career Paralegal (3 years +) to join our team.

can handle a standard family law matter from start to finish without any assistance including property settlement, parenting, maintenance, financial agreements etc.

Understands financial statements of companies and trusts

Has a keen eye for detail in bank statements

Has experienced in summarizing and highlighting relevant matters in affidavits, subpoenaed material, reports ( financial, medical )

can assist with other matters such as conveyancing, civil claims and local court ADVO and similar type matters

has good verbal and written communication skills

has good drafting skills

Highly proficient in Microsoft Suite and Adobe.

Experience with LEAP desirable.

We are looking for someone who is confident managing day-to-day tasks independently, knows when to ask for guidance, and is willing to think, try, and problem-solve before asking.

You will work with a small happy and professional team, with direct client contact in a variety of matters.

You will attend court and run directions hearings by yourself or with other hearings with counsel as necessary.
