About the role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a skilled Plumber to join the team at iPlumb 24/7, a leading provider of plumbing services in Melbourne, VIC. As a Plumber, you will be responsible for carrying out a wide range of plumbing work, from general maintenance to more complex installations and repairs. This is a full-time role based in Melbourne.

What you'll be doing

Responding to emergency callouts for burst pipes, blocked drains, and other plumbing emergencies

Carrying out plumbing maintenance for insurers

Installing new plumbing fixtures, such as toilets, sinks, and showers

Providing expert advice and guidance to customers on their plumbing needs

Maintaining a high level of workmanship and customer service at all times

Ensuring compliance with all relevant plumbing regulations and safety standards

Completing reports

CCTV, Leak Detection, Roof Reports, Drain Clearing

What we're looking for

Formal qualification in plumbing, such as a Certificate III in Plumbing

Experience as a qualified Plumber, ideally in a residential or commercial setting

Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

Strong customer service orientation and the ability to communicate effectively with clients

Commitment to safety and a proactive approach to risk management

A valid driver's licence
