About the client:
Work with a Global producer of specialty ingredients and processing products for the dairy industry. We are looking for an experienced Packing Machine Operator (SolPack) to work for our client in Moorebank, NSW.

About the Role:

Monday to Friday, ongoing work

Morning Shift | 6:00AM to 2:15PM | $36.75/hour + Super

Key Responsibilities

Operate and monitor SolPack machines to ensure efficient and accurate packing of dairy-based and frozen culture products (e.g. yogurt, cheese, probiotics, enzymes).

Set up, calibrate, and troubleshoot machines to maintain performance and reduce downtime.

Weigh, seal, label, and package products according to specifications and customer requirements.

Perform regular quality checks to meet hygiene, safety, and quality standards.

Maintain machine and work area cleanliness in line with GMP and food safety guidelines.

Record production data and report equipment issues or inconsistencies to supervisors.

Work closely with production and quality teams to meet daily targets.

Regularly lift up to 15 kg and work in cold environments with appropriate PPE.

Follow all Workplace Health and Safety (WHS) policies.

Assist with machine maintenance and servicing as needed.

About You:

Have full working rights in Australia.

Previous experience operating packing machinery, preferably SolPack.

Comfortable working in cold environments and lifting up to 15 kg.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality standards.

Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Reliable, punctual, and committed to ongoing work.

Sound numerical literacy and basic data recording skills.

Thorough understanding of food hygiene, HACCP, and quality standards.

Team player with a positive attitude and good communication skills.

Must have access to car as public transport is limited
