About the Role
The Accounts Payable Officer is responsible for end-to-end processing of supplier invoices and payments, ensuring timely and accurate transactions. Reporting to the Senior Systems Accountant, this role manages the AP inbox and processes 70-100 invoices daily.

Responsibilities:

• Process invoices, claims, and payments accurately and on time
• Reconcile payments and manage the AP inbox
• Liaise with suppliers and internal stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with GST and AP policies
• Support month-end reconciliations and policy updates
  

About You:

• 2+ years of experience in accounts payable.
• Strong attention to detail, time management, and communication skills.
• Able to work independently, meet deadlines, and resolve issues.
• ERP experience (Oracle preferred).
• Customer-focused with a proactive approach to improvement.
