The Roles: Technicians & Apprentices

We're currently seeking both experienced HVAC/Air Conditioning Technicians and new Apprentices to join our growing team.

For Technicians, you'll be responsible for performing high-standard repair, maintenance, refurbishment, and installation services. Your work will take you to a variety of commercial sites, including multi and single-story buildings, office complexes and shopping centres. You'll work with a diverse range of systems, including:

Splits and VRF

Ventilation

Chillers

Cooling Towers

Boilers

AHUs

VAVs

In this role, you'll manage and maintain these sites, responding to breakdown and service calls. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential as you'll regularly interact directly with clients and colleagues. You'll also need to be adept at working independently and as part of a collaborative team.

For Apprentices, this is a fantastic opportunity to learn from experienced professionals and gain hands-on experience across a wide array of HVAC systems in a supportive environment. You'll develop valuable skills and work towards a rewarding career in the industry.

Skills, Knowledge, and Experience

Essential:

White card (technician role)

ARC license (technician role)

Supervisors/Contractors license (technician role)

Valid driver’s license (technician role)

Good communication skills (verbal and written)

Favourable:

5+ years commercial/industrial experience (out of apprenticeship - for technicians)

Dual trade (Air Conditioning/Electrician or other)

Knowledge or experience with the mentioned systems we service
