🏢 Limitless Studios is a creative video production house based in the Pickle District, West Perth. We produce high-end corporate content and TVCs, and we’ve also pioneered cutting-edge virtual production here in WA using a state-of-the-art LED wall.

🚀 We’re on the lookout for a Casual Studio Manager/Production Assistant — a friendly, organised, production-loving all-rounder who thrives in a studio environment. You’re someone who can:

Make a killer barista coffee and chat comfortably with clients

Help set up camera gear and prepare shoots

Offload and organise footage after a shoot

Answer phones, book crews, and keep our schedule on track

Stay calm and collected as the go-to person when things get busy

🎯 About the Role This is not a full-time editor or DoP role. It’s perfect for someone who’s production-savvy, technically capable, and loves being the steady hand at the studio — the “quarterback” who keeps things moving. You’ll support our producers and crew before, during and after shoots. On quieter days, you’ll keep the studio running smoothly and the vibe upbeat.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome and host clients in the studio

Prepare barista coffee and keep the studio guest-ready

Assist with camera and lighting setups

Offload and organise shoot data for editors

Manage studio inventory and gear readiness

Handle calls, bookings and shoot coordination

Keep the studio clean and tidy

🎓 Skills & Experience

Some hands-on experience in film or video production (formal qualifications not essential)

Basic understanding of camera/audio equipment

Friendly and confident with clients

Good organisational and time management skills

Comfortable with basic admin and file management tasks

Interest in virtual production is a big bonus
