Blainey North Interior Design & Architecture is seeking an outstanding professional to join our team as an Accounts / FFE Coordinator. This is an exciting and dynamic role where no two days, or orders, are ever the same. We're looking for someone who is passionate about numbers and reporting, highly detail-oriented, and methodically organised. While this person does not need accounting qualifications, this accounting and order processing position works closely with the passionate design team and reports directly to the Procurement Manager.

This is a 12 month temporary role with potential to go from temp to perm. The role is onsite based in our offices in Surry Hills. The role can be worked across 4-5 days a week, over 25 to 38 hours a week. We are flexible on days and hours for the right candidate.

Main Duties

The Accounts / FFE Coordinator plays a pivotal role in managing client project budgets within the company's guidelines, with a primary focus on enhancing profitability in Interior Design projects. This role involves collaborating with designers to create precise project cost estimates and diligently maintaining them on the Interior Design procurement system as projects progress. Additionally, the coordinator interfaces with suppliers to order and procure necessary project items, taking responsibility for generating sales orders and purchase records while meticulously tracking each transaction's payment.

In addition to core responsibilities, Accounts / FFE Coordinator also contributes to ad hoc tasks, such as maintaining well-organized office filing systems, fostering collaboration among the administrative and design team, suppliers, and manufacturers.

As a successful Accounts / FF&E Coordinator , you will be an effective communicator with excellent attention to detail and strong administration skills. You will have great customer service focus when dealing with both internal and external parties as well as excellent interpersonal skills and time management.

Have outstanding working knowledge of and proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint. SAP experience would be ideal.

Extreme attention to detail and excellent Project Management Skills

Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills and ability to interact with vendors and clients.

3+ years’ experience with Purchasing Operations is preferred
