Tradewind is partnering with a co-educational Independent school near Wahroonga to welcome a dedicated Chemistry teacher to their team.

This is a part-time (0.8FTE) position for term 3 and term 4 this year. The role would involve teaching junior science to years 7-10 as well as year 11 and 12 chemistry.

About the Role

• Teach science across various year levels.

• Maintain effective organisation and meet administrative and assessment responsibilities.

Essential Criteria

• Qualifications: NESA accredited to teach Chemistry.
• Experience: Proven ability to cater for diverse learning needs.
• Skills: Strong communication, organisational, and relationship-building skills.
• Prerequisites:
• Bachelor's degree in education or equivalent (minimum 4-year qualification or 75% completion).
• Valid NSW Working with Children Check and NESA.
• Unrestricted working rights in Australia.
• Two referees with educational backgrounds.
