A leading contractor specializing in new build construction is forming a brand-new Project Management team to deliver high-quality projects ranging from $10M to $20M+ across commercial, education, health, government, and industrial sectors.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead and manage full project delivery of complex new build developments valued at $10M to $20M+
• Build, mentor, and shape a dynamic project management team from the ground up
• Collaborate closely with subcontractors and key stakeholders to ensure success
• Drive innovation, quality, and efficiency throughout all project phases

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven Project Management experience with strong tenure in Tier 2 or Tier 3 contractors within commercial, education, health, government, or industrial sectors
• Track record managing projects valued between $10M and $20M+ with excellent delivery outcomes
• Ability to successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously (minimum 2 projects at once)
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to build and mentor a new team
• Commitment to quality, safety, integrity, and collaboration aligned with company values
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive innovation across all project stages
