This is a rare opportunity for an experienced recruitment leader to build, lead, and grow our Melbourne business with full autonomy and national support.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and grow the Melbourne office, overseeing all recruitment activity and strategic growth.
• Manage and mentor a team of recruiters, fostering a tight-knit, high-performance culture.
• Hands-on recruitment across an initially Construction, Architecture and Design & Energy
• Grow the business further from 2026 into Real Estate – Property & Property Development
• Full P&L ownership, driving profitability and business success.
• Develop and maintain long-term client relationships with a strong focus on business development.
• Collaborate with our CEO and GM to align national objectives and receive expert mentoring and support.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven recruitment experience, ideally within Construction, Architecture & Design - Real Estate, Property, or a related professional sector.
• A natural leader with previous experience managing and growing a recruitment team.
• Commercial acumen and the ability to take full ownership of a P&L.
• Someone who is ambitious, competitive, resilient, and motivated by success.
• A connector – you understand how to build trust with clients, influence outcomes, and deliver results.
