About the Role
We are recruiting on behalf of a global leader in access automation, entrance systems and security technology. Their solutions are used across commercial, transport, healthcare and industrial environments, offering reliability and innovation at scale.

As Regional Manager for VIC / SA / TAS, you will lead a team of sales and service professionals across multiple sites, including remote team members. Reporting to the Managing Director, this permanent, senior role is based in Melbourne and has full regional responsibility for sales, service, projects and operational performance.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and develop high-performing teams across VIC, SA & TAS

Manage sales, service and project delivery functions

Build strong customer relationships and champion a service-first approach

Deliver on strategic, financial and safety objectives

Drive continuous improvement and employee engagement

Collaborate across local and global teams to enhance business outcomes

What We're Looking For

Proven leadership experience in service-led environments

Strong relationship-building and team management skills

Experience managing sales teams, including remote staff

Commercial acumen with a track record of hitting financial targets

Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills

Bachelor's degree in business, engineering or related field (advantageous)

Willingness to travel across VIC, SA & TAS as required
