Beau Gordon is Hiring! We’re on the lookout for an experienced Senior Stylist with a minimum of 5 years experience and an apprentice to join our team at Beau Gordon.

We're a supportive, collaborative bunch who love celebrating wins, sharing fresh ideas, and above all — we’re obsessed with beautiful, healthy hair.

We specialise in blondes (though we’re a full-service salon), check us out on Instagram to get a feel for our aesthetics.

We’re after someone confident who thrives in a warm, creative salon environment. If you’re driven and open to growth, there’s room to step into a leadership role — but that’s not a dealbreaker if you simply want to focus on your craft.

Our New Stylists will have:

– A positive attitude and genuine passion for hair
– A strong willingness to learn and grow
– Great communication skills and a warm, friendly nature
– An eye for detail and pride in their work
– The ability to take feedback and apply it
– A team-first mindset and love for creating great client experiences

Wage: Negotiable on experience (Senior: $28-$40. Apprentice - on experience: $17-$25)

Hours: 33 hours per week — Wednesday to Saturday, with one late night (Thursday)

Weekly: Incentives and commission
