About the Role

We're currently seeking a creative, experienced, and enthusiastic Senior Stylist to join our team of five. This is a part-time position based in Tingalpa, ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative and positive environment.

As a Senior Stylist, you'll play a vital role in delivering top-tier service and ensuring our clients always leave feeling amazing.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

Delivering expert haircuts, colouring (particularly blondes and creative colours), and precision styling.

Conducting personalised consultations to understand each client's vision and needs.

Educating clients on in-salon treatments, home care, and styling techniques to maintain their look.

Performing facial beauty services such as eyebrow waxing and tinting.

Creating transformative looks with hair extensions (tape and wefts).

Actively contributing to a team-oriented culture and supporting salon growth.

What We're Looking For:

A minimum of 3 years' experience as a qualified stylist in a high-quality salon setting.

Strong technical skills in cutting, colouring, and styling.

A creative eye and passion for keeping up with current trends and techniques.

Excellent communication and customer service skills with the ability to build strong client relationships.

A warm, friendly, and professional personality that encourages clients to return.

Passion for the industry and a drive for continuous learning

Certificate III in Hairdressing (essential)
