Synaco by Synergie is seeking Industrial Services (IS) Operators to join our team. We require various different positions including industrial painters, scaffolder, fencers, and high pressure water jet assistants. You will work as part of a dynamic team to support daily operations.

Start Date: ASAP
Location: Gove – Rio Tinto Site, Northern Territory
Roster: 3:1 FIFO
Pay Rate: $43.65/hr + Gove EA penalties
Tenure: Ongoing opportunities

Mobilisation from:

• Brisbane (approx. 4 hrs)
• Cairns (approx. 2 hrs)
• Darwin (approx. 2 hrs)
  Travel is paid for fly-in only

Camp Accommodation & Meals Provided:
You’ll be working in a remote site environment, with camp-style accommodation and meals supplied.

Positions Available:

We are currently recruiting for 5 Industrial Supplier Operators to join the team at Gove. Reporting to your Supervisor, these roles are ideal for experienced tradespeople with a strong safety mindset and site-readiness.

Role Breakdown & Requirements:

Painter with HR Licence

• Industrial painting & sandblasting experience (2+ years)
• HR Licence required

Scaffolder

• Intermediate or Advanced scaffolding ticket
• At least one of the following: Forklift, LR, MR or HR Licence

Fencer

• Experience in general and mesh fencing (2+ years)
• HR Licence & Forklift Licence required

HPW Assistants/Operators x2

• High Pressure Water Jetting ticket (Assistant or Operator)
• HR Licence & Forklift Licence required

Pre-Employment Requirements

• Completion of On-site Inductions (Induction, Safety & Fleet) is mandatory
• Physically fit and able to work in a remote FIFO environment

PPE Requirements

Before mobilising, all workers must have:

• Hard hat
• Long sleeve hi-vis top
• Long drill pants
• Steel cap boots

Pre-Employment Requirements:

• Cleanaway Inductions (Induction, Safety & Fleet)
• Lab Drug & Alcohol (D&A) Testing
