We are looking for a Shipping and Export Documentation Clerk to join our logistics team. This is a key position for someone who thrives in a time-sensitive environment and is passionate about ensuring export compliance and logistical efficiency.

What You'll Be Doing:
Prepare and process export documentation for chilled and frozen red meat shipments (e.g. invoices, health certificates, bills of lading, packing lists)
Coordinate with freight forwarders, cold stores, inspection services, and government authorities to ensure compliant and timely shipments
Manage domestic dispatch paperwork and liaise with local transport companies
Ensure documentation meets all international regulations and market-specific requirements (e.g. China, Middle East, USA)
Maintain accurate records for traceability, permits, and export certifications
Work closely with production, QA, and logistics teams to support daily shipping operations
Control documentation of staff meat sales weekly.
Requirements:
(On the job training is provided if you do not meet some of the below)
Experience in shipping/export documentation, ideally in the meat, food, or perishable goods sector
knowledge of cold chain logistics and export documentation processes
Familiarity with government export systems such as EXDOC or NEXDOC (preferred)
High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work under tight deadlines
Experience with MS Office and ERP systems
Monday to Friday (Some Saturdays may be required)
White Card (aviation security clearance) preferred (Can be acquired on the job)
Reliable and punctual, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
