What’s on Offer
We’re currently seeking Leading Hands & Heavy Diesel Mechanics (Mobile Plant or HRT) to join our client’s site-based teams across WA. These FIFO roles offering long-term opportunities, great conditions, and the chance to progress into Supervisor & Field Service positions with a company-supplied LV for the right candidates.

Positions available across multiple mine sites

FIFO 2:1 roster options

Competitive Hourly Rates, negotiated based on your skills and experience

Super paid on all hours worked

Fortnightly pay

Flights paid from selected locations

Ongoing work with strong potential for permanency and progression

Excellent team culture and support

Exposure to mixed fleets and major mobile plant machinery

Future Progression
Demonstrate the right attitude and capability, and you may be offered a Permanent Full Time Role, Supervisor or Field Service Roles with a company-provided Light Vehicle and enhanced earning potential.

What We’re Looking For

Trade qualified (Cert III Heavy Diesel, Mobile Plant, Road Transport or equivalent)

Experience with Mobile Plant Equipment, HRT Trucks, and Civil Machinery

Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills

Knowledge of Engines, Hydraulics, Transmissions and Electrical

Reliable and self-motivated – able to work independently and remotely

HR Licence preferred

Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol test

Commitment to safe work practices and team-based environments
