About the role

Join the dynamic team at Sweet Bones as an Experienced Barista or Cook. In this casual role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and crafting delicious menu items in our café located in Scullin ACT 2614.

What you'll be doing

Preparing and serving a variety of specialty coffee drinks, teas, and other beverages to customers

Maintaining a clean and organised work station

Providing friendly and knowledgeable customer service

Assisting with daily café operations, including stock replenishment and light food preparation

Adhering to health and safety standards at all times

What we're looking for

Minimum 2 years' experience as a barista or Cook in a fast-paced café or restaurant environment

Thorough understanding of coffee-making techniques or understanding and knowledge of cooking techniques and knife skills

Excellent customer service skills and a friendly, professional demeanour

Strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a team

Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including weekends and public holidays

Setting up and packing down of heavy furniture

Able to run a coffee machine solo or a kitchen solo
