Help shape the future of trades in the Northern Territory as a specialist Apprenticeships Mentor. You'll champion diversity by supporting women entering traditionally male-dominated trades and apprentices with disabilities, while occasionally collaborating on indigenous apprenticeship mentors.

Your role will involve:

  • Delivering personalised mentoring to help apprentices overcome challenges and thrive in their chosen trades
  • Building strong partnerships with employers to create inclusive workplaces and tackle unconscious bias

  • Managing relationships with training organisations and service providers
  • Problem-solving and mediating when challenges arise
  • Tracking and reporting on program success to drive continuous improvement

This position is perfect for someone passionate about breaking down barriers and creating opportunities in the trades sector. You'll make a real difference by supporting both apprentices and employers throughout their journey, ensuring positive outcomes for all participants.
