We are seeking an experienced, community-minded Recreation Club Manager to oversee daily operations and create exceptional experiences that enhance the lives of the residents and guests.

About the Role:
As Recreation Club Manager, you’ll be responsible for the smooth and efficient running of all aspects of the Recreation Club. From managing facilities and overseeing fitness and aquatic operations to leading a team and ensuring outstanding customer service, this is a hands-on role that blends strategic thinking with day-to-day engagement. You will be supporting a team of health professionals to promote health services and events to thousands of local residents including gym, personal training, group classes, allied health services, community events program, pool (leisure and learn to swim program) and tennis court hire.

Key Responsibilities:

· Oversee the daily operations of the recreation facilities, including the gym, pool, tennis courts, allied health and group classes timetable

· Lead and support a team of staff and contractors (e.g., reception, lifeguards, fitness instructors)

· Understand and manage KPIs, budgets, reporting, and administration

· Coordinate resident events and community programs

· Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and operational standards

· Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, residents and committee members

· Drive high levels of member satisfaction and continuous improvement

· Proficient computer and administrative skills

· Strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skills

Qualifications:

· First Aid & CPR certification

· Certificate 4 in Fitness or Exercise Science (or equivalent)

· Working with Children Check

· Police Check prior to commencement
