About the Role

Enerflow Mining Services is seeking experienced Underground Mobile Plant Mechanics and Automotive Electricians to join our team on a contract or permanent basis in the Goldfields, Western Australia. In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of critical underground mobile equipment. Your expertise will help ensure the safety, reliability, and performance of our fleet across multiple underground operations.

What You’ll Be Doing

Conducting regular inspections, servicing, and maintenance on a wide range of underground mining equipment

Diagnosing and repairing mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical faults

Performing scheduled maintenance, component overhauls, and breakdown repairs in line with OEM and company standards

Identifying and addressing issues proactively to minimise downtime and improve operational safety

Collaborating closely with the wider maintenance and operational teams

Keeping accurate maintenance records, service logs, and parts usage

Ensuring strict compliance with all health, safety, and environmental procedures

Equipment You’ll Be Working On:

Sandvik fleet: Jumbos – 421, Cable Bolters – DS421 and DS422i, Trucks – TH663i, Boggers – L621

Epiroc: Long hole rigs and Solo units (to be replaced with Sandvik)

Other equipment: Normet charge rigs, Volvo IT, CAT graders, No AGIs currently in use

Auto Electricians: RCT remote control systems support required

What We’re Looking For

Trade qualification in Heavy Diesel Fitting, Mechanical Fitting, or Automotive Electrical

Proven experience in underground mining maintenance (mobile plant or auto electrical)

Strong diagnostic and fault-finding abilities

Competency in mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems

Ability to interpret technical drawings and schematics

Demonstrated commitment to safety and sound work practices

Ability to work effectively in a team environment

Flexibility for 7/7 or 2/2 rosters, including night shifts
